The Monegasque Government, under the highest authority of Prince Albert, is run by a Minister of State aided by a Government Council. The Prince appoints the Minister of State and the Councilmen. The Prime Minister and the Councilmen must report to the Prince.
Founded in 1976 on the initiative of the Banca Commerciale Italiana and
leading international partners, CMB has since established itself as the
bank of reference in the Principality. Its status as a Monegasque Limited
Liability Company with a capital of 111,110,000 Euros means that it is
completely free to single-handedly centralize and manage its activities,
transactions and decisions.
It has also been specializing for many years in asset analysis and management,
corporate finance and financial engineering.

guarantee the bank a long and stable future.
This hospital group controls 14 institutes in Lombardy, besides the Polyclinic San Donato, private nursing homes and Lombard polyclinics. The group had acquired a big enough dimension during the years develop its corporate mission, that is, joining the excellent cures with cost control. The calling of the group is to collaborate in favor of the Lombard region and the national sanitary service, so that the Italian sanitary system would be able to compete at part with the best European sanitary institutions. The hospitals of the San Donato Group boast 3.099 beds and a staff of 1.106 specialist doctors, 4.088 nurses, technicians and administrative clerks, all amounting to 5.194 employees.
A Swiss law institute founded by a Monegasque industrialist, aiming at the selection of researchers reknown for the quality of their work in the medical sector, and putting at their disposal all the necessary means that enable them to make good use of their research for therapeutic ends.
